1. Do you provide the truck?
No. The customer is responsible for any and all means of transportation.

2. What areas do you service?
All areas! We are Nationwide. We are in your area.

3. How soon do I need to book?
Availability is virtually guaranteed, but be sure to reserve at least 3 days in advance. See our terms & conditions regarding last minute reservations.

4. Do you work on weekends and/or holidays?
Yes, we work on weekends and holidays.

5. Will they show up on time?
It is our trend that we tend to be 20 to 30 minutes early.

6. My belongings obviously mean a lot to me. How can I trust you with them?
Our movers/packers have a minimum of 3 years of experience in their respective field of expertise (e.g. moving, packing, handy person work, etc.). Click here to see how it works.

7. Does your service include packing materials?
Materials are to be ordered separately and shipped in advance.

 8. Are there any additional fees?
Absolutely not! You pay a FLAT FEE for up to 3 hours, and if the task takes over 3 hours, you pay a FLAT RATE per hour thereafter (which is pro rated per half hour).

9. How about tip?
Tip is totally up to you. It is customary but not mandatory.
